Searchy is a free Google Search Console client for iOS and Android, published by Mateusz Woźniak. Installing or using the app means these terms apply between you and the developer.

Scope: These terms cover the Searchy mobile app and this website. They do not cover Google Search Console itself, which you use under your agreement with Google.
The service: Searchy displays the Search Console data of properties you already have access to. It reads that data directly from the Google Search Console API on your device and never writes to your account.
Your Google account: Using the app requires a Google account with access to at least one Search Console property. You are responsible for that account, for the rights you hold to the properties you open in the app, and for keeping your device secure.
Licence: You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you control, for private or business purposes. The app is free of charge; no rights in the software, its name or its design transfer to you.
Acceptable use: Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, use it to reach Search Console data you have no rights to, or drive automated traffic through it that breaches the Google API terms or its quotas.
Availability: The app is provided without an availability guarantee. It depends on the Google Search Console API, so its quotas, downtime and changes affect what the app can show, and features may change or be removed between releases.
No warranty: The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reports rendered in the app are informational; decisions you base on them are yours.
Liability: The developer is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Third parties: Google provides sign-in and the Search Console API, Mixpanel processes product analytics, and the App Store and Google Play distribute the app. Their own terms apply to those parts and are outside the developer’s control.
Data and privacy: What the app reads, stores and sends is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms: Updated terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that date means the updated terms apply.
Ending the agreement: You end it by revoking the app’s access in your Google Account and uninstalling the app. The developer may discontinue the app or a feature, with notice on this site where reasonably possible.
Governing law: Polish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country in which you have your habitual residence as a consumer. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
